2020 LODLAM Technical Challenge
LODLAM Technical Challenges highlight data visualizations, tools, mashups, and all types of use cases that leverage Linked Open Data in libraries, archives, and museums.
Challenge Entries
Eight entries have been submitted to the program committee. The full list can be viewed at https://lodlam.net/challenge-entries/.
Our Sponsor
Casalini Libri – @cult
Instead of participating as a contestant this year, our Sponsor wishes to encourage others and to promote Share-VDE.
Share-VDE is a library-driven initiative which brings together the bibliographic catalogues and authority files of a community of libraries in a shared discovery environment based on linked data.
Choosing the Winner
The international 2020 LODLAM program committee has accepted all eight entries for consideration by the delegates rather than narrowing down the list to the top 5 prior to the final vote. The finalists will pitch their entries on the first day of the LODLAM Summit. All delegates will be given voting ballots as part of their registration package. The Challenge Winner the will be announced at the end of the second day.
The Prize: $1,500
A Check for $1,500 (Fifteen Hundred US Dollars) will be awarded directly to the 2020 LODLAM Challenge winner by the Casalini Libri.
