Diane Mercier is a Senior Project to open the Communications Branch of the City of Montreal data. It has contributed over the last twenty years, the development and management of digital information of the organization. Innovative, she participated among others, the implementation of the first version of the website of the City of Montreal in 1995, the first catalog of the Library of Montreal and the first version of Urban Navigator in 1997. Currently, she coordinates the release of public data from the City of Montreal in conjunction with data owners, citizens and various groups and bodies.
She holds a Ph.D. in Information Science specializing in knowledge transfer and publish self-published a blog on his long practice, research and social engagement
